These Terms govern your use of nomadscasa.com ("NomadsCasa", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old.

1. What we do

NomadsCasa is a search tool that gathers rental listings from across the web for selected US and UK cities. We are not a landlord, letting agent, estate agent or broker, and we are not a party to any rental agreement. We do not own, inspect or guarantee any property.

2. Listing accuracy

Listings, prices and availability come from third parties and can change or be inaccurate. Always verify details directly with the landlord or agent, view the property where possible, and never send money before you are confident a listing is genuine.

3. Accounts

Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms.

4. Paid access and billing

Some features require a paid pass. Prices are shown before checkout, and payments are handled by our payment provider. Access lasts for the period stated at purchase. Where a plan renews automatically, this is shown at checkout and you can cancel at any time before the next renewal from your account page.

5. Cancellation and refunds

UK consumers: under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service. By starting to use paid features immediately, you ask us to begin the service straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully provided; if you cancel earlier, we may deduct an amount for the service already supplied. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

US users: fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, but if something went wrong please contact us and we will review your request fairly. Applicable state auto-renewal laws are respected.

6. Acceptable use

• No scraping, copying or reselling of site content or data.
• No posting false, discriminatory or unlawful listings (including under the US Fair Housing Act and UK Equality Act 2010).
• No attempts to bypass paid features, interfere with security, or misuse other users' information.

7. Content you submit

If you submit a listing or other content, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us a licence to display it on the service. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

The NomadsCasa name, design and software belong to us. Third-party listing content belongs to its owners.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from listings, landlords, or transactions between you and third parties, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

If you live in the UK, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home nation. If you live in the US, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and nothing removes protections given by your state's consumer laws.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms and will change the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
